Are you a Tax AND Assurance client?

In most cases, Freed Maxick clients who receive both assurance and tax services use the Suralink portal.

SAFESEND

SafeSend is a secure and easy-to-use application that streamlines the delivery of organizers, engagement letters, tax returns, and allows for electronic signatures.

You’ll receive an email from noreply@safesendreturns.com with instructions on how to open and review your documents whenever we send something new.

CCH FAQs

I don’t have a CCH account. As a new client you should receive an emailed invitation with a link to register. Email the Client Technology Support Team if you did not receive the email.
I forgot my User ID or password. Enter your email address as your User ID and click the “Forgot Password” to reset your password.
How do I add a user to my portal?

1. Log into the Freed Maxick portal. If you have multiple portals, select the portal you wish to add the user to.

2. Click CLIENT USERS in the upper right corner.

3. Click “Add New User” in the upper left corner and enter all required information, then click “Save and Close.”

4. If you are the portal administrator for more than one portal, you may choose to add the new user to another portal by clicking the “Assigned Portals” tab.

5. Click “Save and Close.”

IMPORTANT: The new user will receive a welcome email. Be sure they add the noreply@wolterskluwer.com and noreply@cch.com email addresses to their contact list and / or mark the address as “not spam.”

While logged into the portal, click on the “down arrow” icon in the upper right corner and select “New User Tour” for an instructional video.

SAFESEND FAQs

What happened to DocuSign? We replaced DocuSign with SafeSend Signatures.
Do I need a SafeSend account? No. You’ll receive an email from SafeSend with instructions on how to open and review your documents whenever we send something new.
I need more guidance.
